Product Overview
MAX5529 is an one-time programmable, linear taper digital potentiometer. It performs the same function as mechanical potentiometers, replacing the mechanics with a simple 2-wire up/down digital interface. This digital potentiometer provides an optional one-time programmable feature that sets the power-on reset position of the wiper. Once the wiper position is programmed, the 2-wire interface can be disabled to prevent unwanted adjustment. Application includes products using one-time factory calibration, mechanical potentiometer replacements.
- 10Kohm resistance, 64tap minimum resolution (VDD = +2.7V to +5.5V, TA= +25°C)
- Wiper position stored after one-time fuse programming
