MAX4754ETE+

The MAX4754ETE+ is a 0.5ohm, quad SPDT switch in 16 pin TQFN package. This low on-resistance analogue switch operates from a single +1.8V to +5.5V supply. Device is fully specified for nominal 3V applications. It has two logic control inputs with each input controlling two SPDT switches. Each switch has a 0.5ohm on-resistance in the NO and NC terminals making it ideal for switching audio signals. It is used at speaker headset switching, cellular phones, PDAs/handheld devices, audio/video signal routing and notebook computers.

• Low RON 0.5ohm (typ) & 0.85ohm (max) audio switches
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Channel to channel matching is 0.1ohm (typ)
• On-resistance flatness is 0.2ohm (typ)
• Total harmonic distortion is 0.035%
• Rail to rail signal handling
• Charge injection of 300pC
• On-channel -3dB bandwidth is 10MHz at TA = +25°C
• Crosstalk of -90dB at TA = +25°C
• Off-isolation is -65dB at TA = +25°C
