Product Overview
The MAX4652ESE+ is a low voltage, quad SPST CMOS analogue switch in 16 pin NSOIC package. This switch can handle rail to rail analogue signals and the off leakage current is 0.1nA at 25°C. The MAX4652 is ideal in low distortion applications and it is preferred solution over mechanical relays in automated test equipment or applications where current switching is required. It has low power requirements and requires less board space. This device is more reliable than mechanical relays. The MAX4652 is ideal for use in battery powered applications, audio and video signal routing, low voltage data acquisition systems, sample and hold circuits.
- Supply voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Four normally open (NO) switches
- Maximum on-resistance of 7ohm at TA = +25°C (single +3V supply)
- TTL/CMOS logic compatible
- Maximum on-resistance flatness is 2.5ohm at TA = +25°C (single +3V supply)
- Crosstalk of -100dB at f = 1MHz
- Maximum on-resistance match between channels is 0.2ohm at TA = +25°C (single +3V supply)
- Off isolation of -75dB at f = 1MHz
