MAX4066CSD+T

MAX4066CSD+T is a low-cost, low-voltage, quad, SPST, CMOS analogue switch. It is designed to provide superior performance over the industry-standard devices. Each device is controlled by TTL/CMOS input levels and can be used as a bilateral switch or multiplexer/ demultiplexer. This part is also suitable for low-distortion audio applications. Application includes battery-operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, low-voltage data-acquisition systems, sample-and-hold circuits, and communication circuits.

• 170 ohm max (3V supply) guaranteed on-resistance
• 4ohm maximum guaranteed match between channels
• 1nA at +25°C guaranteed low leakage currents
• V+ to GND signal handling, TTL/CMOS-logic compatible
• 0.5µW low power consumption, -86dB low crosstalk
• Low off isolation is -58dB, 0.03% low distortion
• On-resistance is 45ohm (TA = +25°C, V+ = 4.5V, ICOM = -1.0mA, VNO = 3.5V)
• Positive supply current range from -1 to 1µA (V+ = 5.5V, VIN = 0V or V+, all channels on or off)
• 14 narrow SO package, temperature range from 0°C to +70°C
