Product Overview
The MAX4053AEEE+ is a low voltage, CMOS three single pole/double-throw (SPDT) switch in 16 pin QSOP package. This device is fully characterized for on-resistance match, on-resistance flatness and low leakage. All digital inputs have 0.8V to 2.4V logic thresholds ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using ±5V or a single +5V supply. It is pin compatible with industry standard 74HC4051/74HC4052/74HC4053 devices. This device is used in low voltage data acquisition systems.
- Supply voltage range from 2V to 16V, ±2.7V to ±8V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Maximum on-resistance of 225ohm with ±5V supplies at TA = +25°C
- Maximum COM off-leakage current of 1nA at TA = 25°C (V+ = 5.5V, VNO = 4.5V, VCOM = 0V)
- Maximum COM on-leakage current of 1nA at TA = 25°C (V+ = 5.5V, VCOM = VNO = 4.5V)
- Low distortion is less than 0.04% (600 ohm)
- Low crosstalk is less than -90dB (50 ohm)
- High off isolation is less than -90dB (50 ohm)
