Product Overview
The MAX16074RS17D2+ is a microprocessor (μP) supervisory circuit in 4 pin UCSP package. This ultra small, ultra low power microprocessor (μP) supervisory circuit feature a precision band gap reference, comparator and internally trimmed resistors that set the threshold voltage. Designed to monitor system supply voltage and assert an output during power-up, power-down and brownout conditions, this device provides excellent circuit reliability and low cost by eliminating external components and adjustments when monitoring nominal system voltage from 1.8V to 3.6V. The device is designed to ignore fast transients on VCC. It also includes a manual reset input (active-low MR).

- Reset active timeout period of 52ms
- Reset threshold of 1.67V at TA = +25°C
- Operating voltage range from 1V to 5.5V at TA = 0°C to 85°C & 1.2V to 5.5V at TA = -40°C to 85°C
- Ultra-low 0.7μA supply current at VCC = 1.8V for VTH ≤ 1.66V
- ±2.5% threshold accuracy over temperature
- Reset valid to VCC = 1.0V
- Immune to short VCC transient
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
