Product Overview
The MAX13047EEVB+T is a dual channel bidirectional low-level translator in 10 pin UTQFN package. This device provides level shifting for data transfer in a multivoltage system. Externally applied voltages, VCC and VL, set the logic level on either side of the device. It utilizes a transmission gate based design to allow data translation in either direction (VL and VCC) on any single data line. MAX13047 is ideal for data transfer between low-voltage ASICs/PLDs and higher voltage systems.
- Supply voltage range is 1.65V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Data rate of 16Mbps
- Low supply current of 10µA
- Ultra-low supply current in shutdown mode is 1µA (max)
- Extended ESD protection on the I/O VCC lines to ±15KV (human body model)
- Short-circuit protection
