Product Overview
The LM4050CEX3-5.0+T is a 50ppm/°C precision, micropower, shunt voltage reference with multiple reverse breakdown voltages in 3 pin SC-70 package. It is a precision two terminal, shunt mode, bandgap voltage reference with fixed reverse breakdown voltage of 5V. The laser trimmed resistors ensure excellent initial accuracy of 0.5% with a ±50ppm/°C temperature coefficient. The LM4050CEX3-5.0+T has a 60µA to 15mA shunt current capability with low dynamic impedance, ensuring stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy over a wide range of operating temperature and current. It is ideal for space critical applications. Typical applications include portable battery powered equipment, notebook computers, cell phones and industrial process controls.
- Reverse breakdown voltage tolerance of ±25mV
- Low 80µVRMS output noise (10Hz to 10KHz)
- Tolerates capacitive loads
- Reverse breakdown voltage long term stability is 120ppm at T=1000h
- No external stabilizing capacitors required while ensuring stability with capacitive loads
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Minimum operating current of 54µA
- Reverse dynamic impedance of 0.5ohm at IR = 1mA, f = 120Hz, IAC = 0.1IR
