ADP1706ARDZ-1.5-R7

ADP1706ARDZ-1.5-R7 is a CMOS, low dropout linear regulator that operates from 2.5V to 5.5V and provides up to 1A of output current. Using a proprietary architecture, it provides high power supply rejection and achieves excellent line and load transient response with a small 4.7µF ceramic output capacitor. The ADP1706 allows an external soft start capacitor to be connected to program the start-up time. Applications include notebook computers, memory components, telecommunications equipment, network equipment, DSP/FPGA/microprocessor supplies, instrumentation equipment/data acquisition systems.

• Output noise is 125µV rms typical at (10Hz to 100KHz, VOUT = 0.75V, TA = 25°C)
• Power supply rejection ratio is 70dB typical at (1KHz, VOUT = 0.75V, TA = 25°C)
• 1.5V output voltage, start up time is 7.3ms typical at (CSS = 10nF, TA = 25°C)
• Operating junction temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 8-lead SOIC package
