Product Overview
ADG702BRMZ-REEL7 is a monolithic CMOS SPST switch. This switch is designed on an advanced submicron process that provides low power dissipation yet high switching speed, low on resistance, and low leakage currents. In addition, -3dB bandwidths of greater than 200MHz can be achieved. The ADG702 can operate from a single 1.8V to 5.5V supply, making it ideal for use in battery-powered instruments and with the new generation of DACs and ADCs from Analog Devices, Inc. It is used in applications such as battery-powered systems, communications systems, sample-and-hold systems, audio signal routing, video switching, and mechanical reed relay replacement.
- Rail-to-rail operation, TTL/CMOS-compatible
- On resistance is 2 ohm typical at (VS = 0V to VDD, IS = -10mA)
- On resistance flatness is 0.5 ohm typical at (VS = 0V to VDD, IS = -10mA)
- tON is 12ns typical at (RL = 300 ohm, CL = 35pF)
- tOFF is 8ns typical at (RL = 300 ohm, CL = 35pF)
- Charge injection is 5pC typical at (VS = 2V, RS = 0 ohm, CL = 1nF)
- Off isolation is -55dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 10MHz)
- 200MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
- Typical power consumption <lt/> 0.01μW, source OFF leakage current is ±0.01nA typ at (VDD = 5V ±10%)
- Operating industrial temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 8-lead MSOP package
