Product Overview
ADG701LBRMZ-REEL7 is a monolithic CMOS SPST switch. This switch is designed using an advanced submicron process that provides low power dissipation yet also offers high switching speed, low on resistance, and low leakage currents. In addition, -3dB bandwidths greater than 200MHz can be achieved. It can operate from a single 1.8V to 5.5V supply, making it ideal for use in battery-powered instruments and with the new generation of DACs and ADCs from Analog Devices, Inc. It is used in applications such as battery-powered systems, communication systems, sample-and-hold systems, audio signal routing, video switching, and mechanical reed relay replacement.
- 1.8V to 5.5V single supply, low on resistance flatness
- Guaranteed leakage specifications upto 85°C, rail-to-rail operation
- Supply current is 0.001μA typical, transistor/transistor logic (TTL)/CMOS-compatible
- RON is 2 ohm typical at (source voltage (VS) = 0V to VDD and source off leakage = -10mA)
- tON is 12ns typical at (Load resistance (RL) = 300 ohm and load capacitance (CLOAD) = 35pF)
- tOFF is 8ns typical at (RL = 300 ohm and CL = 35pF, VDD = 5V ±10% and GND = 0V)
- 200MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, VDD = 5V ±10% and GND = 0V)
- Off isolation is -55dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, and f = 10MHz)
- Charge injection is 5pC typical at (VS = 2V and source resistance (RS) = 0 ohm, CL = 1nF)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 8-lead MSOP package
