ADG5423 is a monolithic industrial, complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) analogue switch containing two independent latch-up immune single pole/single-throw (SPST) switch. This switch conduct equally well in both directions when on, and has an input signal range that extends to the power supplies. In the off condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. The ultralow on resistance and on-resistance flatness of this switch make it ideal solutions for data acquisition and gain switching applications where low distortion is critical. The latch-up immune construction and high ESD rating make this switch more robust in harsh environments. Typical applications are high voltage signal routing, automatic test equipment, analogue front-end circuits, precision data acquisition, industrial instrumentation, amplifier gain select, relay replacement.

• Latch-up immune under all circumstances, no VL logic power supply required
• 3V logic compatible digital inputs: VINH=2.0V, VINL=0.8V
• On resistance, RON is 13.5ohm typ (VS=±10V, IS=−10mA, 25°C, VDD=+15V ± 10%, VSS=−15V ± 10%, GND=0V)
• Digital input capacitance, CIN is 6pF typ (25°C, VDD=+15V ± 10%, VSS=−15V ± 10%, GND=0V)
• Total harmonic distortion + noise is 0.01% typ (RL=1Kohm, 15V p-p, f=20Hz to 20KHz, 25°C)
• Human body model (HBM) ESD rating is 8KV
• 10-lead mini small outline package [MSOP]
• Temperature rating range from -40°C to +125°C
