Product Information
Product Overview
AD9717 is a pin-compatible, dual channel, 14bit, low power digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) that provide a sample rate of 125MSPS. This TxDAC® converter are optimized for the transmit signal path of communication systems. This device share the same interface, package, and pinout, providing an upward or downward component selection path based on performance, resolution, and cost. It is widely used in application such as wireless infrastructures, picocell, femtocell base stations, medical instrumentation, ultrasound transducer excitation, portable instrumentation, signal generators, arbitrary waveform generators etc.
- Supply voltage range is 1.8V to 3.3V
- Spurious free dynamic range is 84dBc at (DAC = 125MSPS, fOUT = 10MHz)
- 2 on-chip auxiliary DACs
- CMOS inputs with single-port operation
- Differential current output is 1mA to 4mA
- Power consumption is 86mW at (fDAC = 125MSPS, IF = 12.5MHz)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C
- Packaging style is 40-lead LFCSP
