Product Overview
AD847 is a high speed, low power, monolithic opamp offering superior ac & dc performance. The excellent dc performance is demonstrated by its ±5V specifications which include an open-loop gain of 3500V/V (500 ohm load) and low input offset voltage of 0.5mV. Common mode rejection is 78dB minimum . It is widely used in application such as video instrumentation, imaging equipment, copiers, fax, scanners, cameras, high speed cable driver, high speed DAC and flash ADC buffers etc.
- High unity gain bandwidth is 50MHz typ at (±15V), drives any capacitive load
- Low supply current is 5.3mA typ, high slew rate is 300V/ms typ
- Differential gain (NTSC and PAL) is 0.04% typ, differential phase (NTSC and PAL) is 0.19° typ
- Fast settling time to 0.1% (10V Step) is 65ns typ
- High open-loop gain is 5.5V/mV typ at (RLOAD = 1kV)
- Low input offset voltage is 0.5mV typ
- Operating temperature range is 0°C to +70°C
- Packaging style is SOIC
