Product Overview
AD5541A is a single channel, 16bit, serial input, unbuffered voltage output digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) that operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply. Offering unbuffered outputs, this device achieves a 1µs settling time with low power consumption and low offset errors. Providing low noise performance of 11.8nV/√Hz and low glitch, it is suitable for deployment across multiple end systems. It is used in applications such as automatic test equipment, precision source-measure instruments, data acquisition systems, medical instrumentation, aerospace instrumentation, communications infrastructure equipment, industrial control.
- Glitch energy is 1.1nV-sec typical, power-on reset to code is zero scale
- Zero-code temperature coefficient is ±0.05ppm/°C typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V)
- 5KV HBM ESD classification
- 0.375mW power consumption at 3V
