NO-SIL RELEASE, 500ML

NO-SIL RELEASE is a heavy-duty, wet, non-silicone mould release agent, formulated to provide excellent release characteristics on a wide range of thermoplastics and rubbers. Completely free of silicones and will therefore allow decorative treatment (e.g. painting, plating) of the moulded part. Provides a wet, heavy-duty film for the release of plastic and rubber parts, for use in injection moulding, vacuum forming and many other moulding and forming processes, will not build up in the mould and helps to improve surface finish, reduce rejects and increase production.

• Characteristic hydrocarbon odour
• Discharge rate is 0.7g/sec
• Operational temperature range up to 170°C
• Soluble in solvents, insoluble in water
• Classified as extremely flammable under current EC regulations

Notes

Stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 6 years with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and flame.
