The 851 38MMX65M is a Printed Circuit Board Tape made of green polyester film with a special conformable adhesive which resists plating bath chemicals.
- 36.8N/cm Tensile strength
- Polyester backing reduces stretch and recovery of tape and associated uneven stop-off line
- Thick adhesive coating reduces undercutting because adhesive blocks out solutions between fingers
- Tape generally performs better when no ovens are used to heat tape and boards
- Reduces adhesive transfer to printed circuit board
