Product Overview
DG403BDY-T1-E3 is a low-power, high-speed CMOS analogue switch. The switch conducts equally well in both directions when on, and blocks upto 30V peak-to-peak when off. On-resistance is very flat over the full ±15V analogue range. The DG403B has four SPST switches in NO/NC combinations. It is used in applications such as audio and video switching, sample-and-hold circuits, test equipment, PBX, and PABX.
- Wide dynamic range, break-before-make switching action
- Simple interfacing, TTL, CMOS compatible, single supply capability
- Drain-source on-resistance is 23 ohm typ at (IS = - 10mA, VD = ±10V, V+ = 13.5V, V- = - 13.5V)
- Turn-on time is 100ns typ at (RL = 300 ohm, CL = 35pF)
- Turn-off time is 60ns typ at (RL = 300 ohm, CL = 35pF)
- Charge injection is 60pC typical at (CL = 10 000pF, Vgen = 0V, Rgen = 0 ohm)
- Off isolation reject ratio is -81.7dB typ at (RL = 100 ohm, CL = 5pF, f =1MHz)
- Positive supply current is 1mA max at (V+ = 16.5V, V- = - 16.5V, VIN = 0 or 5V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- 16-pin narrow SOIC package
