Swissbit's U-110 Series USB Flash Drive Module is perfectly suited for embedded applications making use of non-volatile solid-state storage in a compact design.
It has a standard USB 2.0 interface enabling a true plug-and-play storage device with short design cycles and fast time to market.
The module's high end USB 2.0 flash memory controller ensures high data reliability and endurance. Its built-in BCH-ECC engine can detect up to 9-bit errors and correct up to 8-bit errors while sophisticated wear-levelling algorithms guarantee up to 2000000 Write Cycles. MTBF is greater than 3000000 hours and data reliability is rated at less than 1 non-recoverable error per 1014 bits read.
The internal USB Flash Drive Module has an internal 9(10) pin USB connector.
