The TS12A44514PWR is a single-pole single-throw (SPST) bidirectional single-supply CMOS Analog Switch has four NO switches. This CMOS switch may operate continuously with a single supply from 2 to 12V and can handle rail-to-rail analog signals. The OFF-leakage current maximum is only 1nA at 25°C or 10nA at 85°C. When using a 5V supply, all digital inputs have 0.8 to 2.4V logic thresholds, ensuring TTL/CMOS-logic compatibility.
