Product Overview
The LP5951MG-2.5/NOPB is a micro-power CMOS low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator with fixed output in 5 pin SC-70 package. This single channel regulator is designed to meet the requirements of portable battery powered systems by providing regulated output voltage and low quiescent current. The power consumption is reduced to virtually zero when switched to shutdown mode via a logic signal at enable (EN) pin. The LP5951 is designed to be stable with small 1µF ceramic capacitors. The device also has internal protection against short circuit currents and overtemperature conditions.

- Maximum dropout voltage of 250mV at 150mA output current
- Excellent line transient response is typically ±2mV
- Excellent PSRR of 60dB at 1KHz
- Less than 1nA quiescent current during shutdown mode
- Low quiescent current of 29µA and good load transient response of 50mVpp
- Fast turn-on time of 30µs
- Junction temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
