Product Description
The new Industrial RJ45/Fibre Optics LC-Type push-pull variant 14 metal and plastic shell connectors from TE Connectivity utilise robust termination technology that allows quick, flexible field installation without any special tool.
These RJ45/fibre optic connectors are able to withstand harshest environments, such as shock, vibration or temperature, and offers good chemical, oil or spark resistance.
Supporting IEC 61076-3-117 and IP65/67, they are specifically suited for automotive production. Due to its high grade IP rating and durability, the metal shell version provides a reliable and safe connection and reduces maintenance cost. The comfortable push-pull mechanism ensures a secure, sealed interconnection in which all common cable diameters can be terminated.
Typical applications for the metal version include automotive production, welding machines, machinery, motors and motor controls, and robotics. The plastic version is ideally suited to factory automation industry, sealed automation units, decentralised applications, cabinet outlets, manufacturing cells and lines for the automotive industry, solar and wind parks, train communication and data networks.

Operating Temperature: -40 to +70 °C; Degree of Protection: IP65/IP67; Supports 750 mating cycles minimum.
Electrical
Metal version: RJ45 CAT 5e 4/8 position; Fibre Optic LC Type Single/Multi mode.
Plastic version: RJ45 CAT 5e 4/8 position; Meets TIA/EIA 568 Category 5e requirements; UL registered.
Materials
UL listed housing; UV Resistant Housing Material; UL 94 V0Frame Kit.
