ST Turbo 2 ultrafast high voltage rectifiers
The STTH15AC06C uses ST Turbo 2 600 V technology and is suited as a boost diode in air conditioning equipment for continuous mode interleaved power factor correction.
The device is also intended for use as a freewheeling diode in power supplies and other power switching applications.

Product Description
ST has developed a 600V boost diode series suited for the latest generation of air conditioning equipment. This AC series is the result of a smart trade-off between the forward voltage drop (VF) and the reverse recovery time (trr).
It saves up to 15% cost compared to existing rectifier solutions, while meeting the efficiency budget.
