Kingbright SMD LED in 0603 package with 0.65 mm height

By the low construction height Kingbright's KPH-1608 series is suited especially for backlighting of Keypads Keyboards LCDs and all applications where SMD-LEDs with a low profile are needed.

Product Description

Kingbright's KPH-1608 series has a low construction height of 0.65mm making it suited especially for backlighting of Keypads Keyboards LCDs and all applications where SMD-LEDs with a low profile are needed.

The KPH-1608 series is compatible with automatic placement equipment. The product is packed with 2000 pieces per reel has Moisture Sensitive Level 3 and is RoHS compliant.

Operating/Storage Temperature

-40 °C to +85 °C.

Electrical properties

Power dissipation 100-120mW (depending on device); DC forward current 25-30mA; peak forward current 150mA; reverse voltage 5V.

Materials

The Bright Red source colour devices are made with a Gallium Phosphide Red LED. The High Efficiency Red source colour devices use Gallium Arsenide Phosphide on a Gallium Phosphide Orange LED. Super Bright Green source colour devices are made with s Gallium Phosphide Green LED. The Yellow source colour devices are made with Gallium Arsenide Phosphide on Gallium Phosphide Yellow LED. The Super Bright Red source colour devices are made with a Gallium Aluminum Arsenide Red LED.
