Product Overview
MD-ISK-S10-150-P5-IEC is a mineral insulated type K thermocouple. Flexible mineral insulated probe with 310 stainless steel sheath with M8 x 1.0mm fine pitch threaded pot seal and tails. 310 stainless steel provides good corrosion and oxidation resistance to suit a wide range of processes, satisfactorily operates in sulphur bearing atmospheres. Typical applications include brick & cement kilns, glass industry, heat treatment and annealing furnaces, power stations, flues, heat exchangers etc.
- Sensor type is type K (nickel chromium/nickel aluminium) to IEC 584
- Highly flexible, sheath can be bent/formed to suit many applications and processes
- Probe temperature range from -40°C to +750°C
- M8 x 1.0mm fine pitch threaded pot seal (200°C)
- Termination: 100mm PFA twin twisted 7/0.2mm tails, colour coded in accordance with IEC 584
- Single element, junction insulated from sheath (protection against spurious electrical signals)
- 1mm probe diameter, 150mm probe length
- Green positive tail wire, white negative tail wire
