Product Overview
MB-ISK-S15-500-MP-I is a mineral insulated thermocouple with a miniature plug. 310 stainless steel sheath provides has good corrosion and oxidation resistance to suit a wide range of processes, satisfactorily operates in sulphur bearing atmospheres. Typical applications include brick and cement kilns, glass industry, heat treatment and annealing furnaces, power stations, flues, heat exchangers etc. Termination is miniature flat pin plug, colour coded ‘green’ in accordance IEC 584.
- Insulated hot junction (un-grounded)
- Highly flexible, sheath can be bent/formed to suit many applications and processes
- Probe temperature range -40°C up to +1100°C
- Miniature plug termination (200°C)
- Conforms to IEC 584 specification
- Sensor type K (nickel chromium/nickel aluminium) to IEC 584
- Single element, junction insulated from sheath (protection against spurious electrical signals)
- 1.5m probe diameter, 500mm probe length
