- Maximum temperature is +500°C, minimum temperature is -50°C
- 38.5ohms (nominal) fundamental interval

- <lt/>0.5°C/mW self-heating, ±0.05% stability
- <lt/>0.4s at t0.9 (in water at 0.4m/sec) thermal response
