EV-INVERTER

EV-INVERTER is a reference design kit. It is an EV power inverter control reference platform engineered for electrification in high-voltage traction motors. This automotive EV power inverter control reference platform targets ISO 26262 ASIL D applications, such as electric vehicle traction motors and DC-to-DC converters.

• Grade 1 and Grade 0 safety power system basis chip with CAN flexible data transceiver

• MCU with included software provides advanced motor control timing with integrated software resolver
• Efficiently drives 100KW 3-phase motor from a 400V supply
• Integrated galvanic signal isolation in IGBT gate drivers
• Redundant CAN-bus interface with low power standby
• Supported by S32DS IDE SDK with MCAL drivers, CAN connectivity support interfaces
• Gate driver with less than 2µs iSense compatible 2 level IGBT OVC protection with soft shutdown
