Product Description
TT Electronics’ MIL-PP range sets a new standard in harsh environment, wearable push-pull connectors.
This high-density push-pull connector family saves up to 35% weight and space over previous devices and has been developed following feedback from end users and key customers. It boasts an ultra-lightweight, compact construction.
These connectors are extremely robust for the most challenging field conditions, being watertight with excellent EMC properties and non-reflective finish, making them ideal for all soldier-borne and man-portable defence applications.
They offers tactile blind mate-able engagement, environmental sealing to IP68/69K and a range of ultra-high density insert arrangements for signal and data including USB, Ethernet and RS232 systems. The products include the patent pending Delta-Clip retention system.
Shell styles available as standard include, Cable Plug, In-line Cable Receptacle, Box Receptacle and a low-profile Recessed Box Receptacle, all available in 3 shell sizes.
Additionally, the connectors can be supplied as stand-alone devices or as a customised complete over moulded harness system.
Across the range, aerospace grade aluminium alloy housings in a low lustre non-reflective black finish ensure temperature resilience, enabling operation from -40°C to +125°C.
