FTDI FT90x Series 32 bit High Performance RISC MCU
A development module for FTDI’s 32-bit high performance FT90x Microcontroller family, suitable for applications including home security systems, embedded multimedia applications, USB capability products and other industrial control systems.

Product Description
The MM900EV lite features 100-pin QFN package microcontroller, Micro SD card socket support and a Micro-B USB for providing a power supply over USB for the board or connecting to a USB host.
The 32-bit FT32 microcontroller features 256kB flash memory, 64kB data RAM and 256kB program memory embedded. Hardware reset button is also provided, alongside +5V alternative power supply DC connector and several interface pin headers.

55mm x 85mm, six-layer printed circuit board with 4 mounting holes.
Power Supply
Development board provides optional power supply sources with JP1 jumper, including 5V DC power supply with CN6 right angle connector and Micro-B USB CN3 port.
Microcontroller
Part of the 32-bit FT90x microcontroller family from FTDI Chip.
Micro SD Connector
SD3.0 controller supports a wide range of speed classes, physical sizes and capacities of Secure Digital (SD) cards.
USB Connector
CN3 Micro-B type USB2.0 connector is compatible with a variety of USB devices.
Programmer Interface
CN5 programmer interface, 2x5 pins 1.27mm pitch female Micro-Match header supports software application download, GDB debugging an EFUSE programming on the MM900EV LITE development board with the UMFTPF2A module.
