Product Description
Employing the innovative approach to HMI implementation that FDTI Chip are known for, this FT81x series of display audio and touch controllers combine audio, display and touch functionality on a single chip and use an object-oriented methodology to render graphics line-by-line rather than pixel by pixel, at 1/16th pixel resolution.
Capable of working with displays of up to 800x600 pixels, the FT81x series has 18 bit of 24 bit RGB interfacing options, 1Mb of RAM capacity and built-in JPEG decompression engine for better graphics data usage and more effective HMI implementation.

Programmable interrupt controller
Provides interrupts to host MCU.

Provides programmable system clock up to 60MHz.
Touch tag recognition
Hardware engine can recognize touch tags and track touch movement with notification for up to 255 touch tags.
