NXP's Kinetis KEA StarterTRAK low-cost development kits feature the first automotive grade 32-bit microcontrollers based on the ARM Cortex-M0+ core.

Product Description
DNXP's Kinetis KEA StarterTRAK low-cost development kits feature the first automotive grade 32-bit microcontrollers based on the ARM Cortex-M0+ core.
These MCUs are designed to provide enhanced ESD/EMC performance in harsh automotive environments with an extended operating temperature range from -40C to +125C and are certified to AEC-Q100 grade 1 specifications.
They are available with 8k, 64k, or 128kB Flash and CAN module and feature an ecosystem that includes software drivers, operating systems, example codes and application notes.
The TRK-KEA board includes an onboard OpenSDA programmer and debugger, LIN physical transceiver, CAN physical transceiver, a light sensor, four LEDs and two pushbuttons for user interface.
The kit features: On-board openSDA debugging and programming circuit using the MC9S08JM60 MCU; LIN communications interface; Analogue interface with potentiometer; High efficiency LEDs; SCI serial communication interface and CAN communications interface (TRK-KEA128 only).
The microcontroller is based on a 32-bit ARM Cortex®-M0+ 48MHz core which equals high performance with ultra-low power.
Its features include: 8K to 128K embedded flash, pin-to-pin compatible; AEC-Q100 qualified, -40°C to 125°C; Enhanced ESD/EMC (6kV HBM); Automotive connectivity: CAN, LIN (UART), SPI and I2C; Automotive IPs: 12-bit ADC, ACMP, Timers (FTM, PWM, PIT, PWT, RTC) ; VDD = 2.7 - 5.5 V, 3.3 V or 5 V convenience.
