Product Description
The ESDCAN01-2BLY is a dual-line Transil transient voltage suppressor (TVS) specifically designed for the protection of the automotive CAN bus lines against electrostatic discharge (ESD).
It offers a fast response time and low leakage current in a small plastic SOT23 package, saving space on a high density PCB.
The ESDCAN01-2BLY is ECOPACK®2 compliant and AEC-Q101 qualified.
The Transil diodes provide high overvoltage protection by clamping action and instantaneous response to transient overvoltage.
It complies with the following standards:
