Product Description
From Delton Enclosures comes a rugged range of IP rated enclosures suited for heavy duty applications.
Design Engineers choose these enclosures when they require a robust box and where ingress protection is a priority.
These electronic enclosures are manufactured in Grade LM24 Die Cast Aluminium Alloy and are used across a wide range of sectors including aerospace automotive military marine and industrial.
Deltron aluminium enclosures have all the benefits you would expect from a heavy duty enclosure and also boast many unique design features such as an innovative lid design and distinctive mounting holes.
The innovative lid design encloses the silicone seal well inside the box and allows for excellent EMI/RFI screening of the enclosure whilst the integral mounting holes allow the user to conceal the mounting bolts within the enclosure therefore keeping the entire inside of the box free for assembly.
In addition these industrial enclosures use an original method of terminal mounting which is easy to remove in order to free up space inside the box. These tough hardworking enclosures also contain discreet but extremely functional card guides for mounting PCBs and feature earth fixing points in the lid and base.
The new Rugged series boasts a unique sealing mechanism developed to ensure maximum seal face and minimum exposure.
Reliable protection
The IP66 & IP68 standard ensures that the enclosure is protected from dust and high pressure jets of water.
Plenty of space
A large amount of free space is available inside the box whilst allowing for numerous mounting options.
Typical applications
Test/measurement and analytical equipment CCTV/surveillance equipment and traffic management/monitoring equipment.
