Bourns' model 3549 10-Turn Precision Potentiometer was developed in response to feedback from industrial medical and aerospace customers requiring the high calibre of reliability and performance of a longer-life potentiometer.
Bourns precision potentiometers are designed for control applications where accuracy and high reliability is important.
The "dual ball bearing" design is specifically designed for machine-to-machine applications. The "dual ball bearing" option is only available in the Hybritron® servo-mount version and is capable of 10 million shaft revolutions with up to 250 grams of side load.
Other features of the Model 3549 include optional 0.1% linearity and operating temperature range up to 125 °C.
Resistance range
100 to 100K ohms (wirewound) and 1K to 100K ohms (Hybritron®).
