About Hirose Electric

Since the birth of Hirose Electric in 1937, the company has developed and introduced thousands of new connectors, for numerous applications.

Hirose Electric first appeared on the international stage in 1968 and has crafted a network of sales offices, agents and production facilities around the world. The company continues to broaden the scope of its business activities, keeping pace with market advances and satisfying the changing connector needs of companies in Europe, Asia and North America.

Hirose Electric's vigorous international strategy rests on three pillars: strong capital investment, a highly skilled labour force, and close contact with the product development divisions of client manufacturers throughout the world.

With the technical knowledge gained from this contact, backed by the company's own human and financial resources, Hirose Electric is dedicated both to meeting connector demand world-wide and to contributing meaningfully to progress in connector technology.

Hirose Electric has a wide product portfolio of over 60,000 product lines. These include coaxial, wire to board, board to board, FFC, circular, memory and interface connectors. These are suitable for numerous different applications such as LED lighting, broadcasting, security, measuring and control, industrial, automotive, communications, consumer electronics and many others.
