Product Overview
AD620ARZ-REEL is a low-cost, low-power instrumentation amplifier. It requires only one external resistor to set gains of 1 to 10,000. Furthermore, the low noise, low input bias current, and low power of the AD620 make it well-suited for medical applications, such as ECG and non-invasive blood pressure monitors. It is suited for multiplexed applications with its settling time of 15μs to 0.01%, and its cost is low enough to enable designs with one in-amp per channel. Applications include weighing scales, ECG and medical instrumentation, transducer interfaces, data acquisition systems, industrial process controls, and battery-powered and portable equipment.

- Input bias current is 0.5nA typ at 25°C, VS=±15V, and RL=2kohm
- Input offset current is 0.3nA typ at 25°C, VS=±15V, and RL=2kohm
- Slew rate is 1.2V/μs typ at 25°C, VS=±15V, and RL=2kohm
