Product Overview
AD5333BRUZ is a dual-channel, 10bit DAC. It operates from a 2.5V to 5.5V supply consuming just 230µA at 3V, and features a power-down pin, active-low PD that further reduces the current to 80nA. This device incorporates an on-chip output buffer that can drive the output to both supply rails, while the device allows a choice of buffered or unbuffered reference input. This device has a parallel interface. The active-low CS selects the device and data is loaded into the input registers on the rising edge of active-low WR. The GAIN pin on the device allows the output range to be set at 0V to VREF or 0V to 2 × VREF. Input data to the DAC is double-buffered, allowing simultaneous update of multiple DACs in a system using the active-low LDAC pin. It is used in applications such as portable battery-powered instruments, digital gain and offset adjustment, programmable voltage and current sources, programmable attenuators, and industrial process control.
