Product Description
Amphenol's RADLOK product line was designed for today's power interconnects market with compactness and robustness in mind.
The new product line, featuring R4 RADSOK technology, provides low insertion and extraction forces with a high mating cycle rating for high power interconnects, making it perfect for frequent mating applications.
Ordinary power interconnect products often require additional mounting hardware (e.g. washers, clamps, bolts, nuts) that are prone to costly labour time for both installation and maintenance.
But RADLOK's one-finger-operated lock feature allows user to connect any power distribution/storage system in a quick
and secure manner, making it the solution to industries where a custom, reliable, easy to install, rugged and cost effective solution is required.
This system features a low-profile, right-angle design making it ideal for use in the automotive, heavy equipment, power/battery storage, hybrid-electric system, power interconnect and factory automation markets.
RADLOK also features an integrated positive mechanical lock/release feature, which enhances cycle durability.
The range has a maximum current rating of 400A, a maximum DC voltage rating of 1,000V and an operating temperature range of -40ºC to +125ºC. It is available in either crimp-on versions or integrated directly onto cable with customisable lug end configurations.

Silver-Plated Copper Flat Ribbon Braid Aluminum-Polyimide Tape Interlayer 36 GA Silver-Plated Copper Braid (90%k).
Inner Conductor
Solid Silver-Plated Copper-Clad Steel.
Dielectric
Solid PTFE.
