Product Description

These 60V StrongIRFET™ power MOSFETs feature ultra-low on-state resistance (RDS(on)) for a wide variety of industrial applications including power tools, battery packs, inverters, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), solar inverters, forklift trucks, mobility scooters and ORing and Hot Swap applications.

The products feature high-current capability (highest in the industry for some packages) and a soft body diode for improved performance in low frequency applications. The 60V StrongIRFET™ power MOSFETs also offer increased ruggedness, meaning that they can replace planar MOSFETs in many applications.
