The compact form factor – quarter-rack width and 2U height – lets you save space on the bench, while the high-contrast OLED display is easily viewable (even from an angle). Manual tasks can be performed quickly with the intuitive on-screen menu system.
Remote control facilities feature strongly on the E36100, with standard USB and LAN (LXI Core) connectivity. A built-in Web UI, Keysight IO Libraries and BenchVue are available to control the power supplies, which are programmable with SCPI or IVI. You can speed through your tests with fast up/down voltage programming and command processing speed.
Your Device Under Test (DUT) is also kept safe with overvoltage and overcurrent protection. You can power your DUT with confidence through excellent accuracy in programming and readback. Low-power devices can also be characterised over wide ranges using low-range current readback.
