Product Overview

The OP593A is a Silicon NPN Phototransistor moulded in a dark blue epoxy package. The wide receiving angle (130°) of the OP593 series device provides relatively even reception over a large area. This device is 100% production tested using infrared light for close correlation with OPTEK's GaAs and GaAIAs emitters.
