TMPM4K Group(2) is an Arm® Cortex®-M4 processor with FPU. It features operating frequency of 1 to 160MHz, memory protection unit (MPU), serial peripheral interface (TSPI), I2C Interface, 12bit analogue to digital converter (ADC), advanced programmable motor control circuit (A-PMD) and operational amplifier (OPAMP). Typically suitable for motor/inverter control/industrial equipment (analogue combo).

- Operating voltage from 2.7 to 5.5V, operating temperature range from -40 to +105°C
- Code flash (mirror) of 256KB, data flash of 32KB, RAM of 24KB
- External high speed oscillator: 6 to 12MHz- (ceramic, crystal), low-power consumption mode
- Oscillation frequency detection (OFD): abnormal system clock detection
- Voltage detection (LVD): 8 level, generate interrupts and reset outputs
- Advanced vector engine plus (A-VE+): 1 channel, 32bit timer event counter (T32A)
- On-chip debug (JTAG/SW), NBDIF(RAM monitor), watchdog timer (SIWDT): 1 channel
- Trigger selector (TRGSEL), DMA controller (DMAC): 1 unit
- CRC calculation circuit (CRC), asynchronous serial interface (UART)
