The TLP3063(S) from Toshiba is a photocoupler (phototriac output) in 6 pin DIP package. It consists of a zero voltage crossing turn-on photo-triac optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode. Approved by UL1577 file number E67349 standard, CSA No. 5A file number E67349 standard.
  • Peak off-state voltage is 600V (min)
  • Maximum trigger LED current is 5mA
  • Maximum on-state current is 100mA
  • Minimum isolation voltage is 5000Vrms
