Product Overview

The PCM1794ADB is a monolithic CMOS Integrated Circuit includes stereo digital-to-analogue converter. The data converter uses TI's advanced segment DAC architecture to achieve excellent dynamic performance and improved tolerance to clock jitter. The PCM1794ADB provides balanced current outputs, allowing the user to optimize analogue performance externally. Sampling rates up to 200kHz are supported.
  • 24-bit Resolution
  • 7.8mA p-p Differential current output
  • 8x Oversampling digital filter, -130dB stop-band attenuation and ±0.00001dB pass-band ripple
  • 10 to 200kHz Sampling frequency
  • 128, 192, 256, 384, 512 or 768fS System clock with auto detect
  • Accepts 16- and 24-bit audio data
  • Standard, I²S and left-justified PCM data formats
  • Optional interface available to external digital filter or DSP
  • Digital de-emphasis
  • Sharp or slow digital filter roll-off
  • Soft mute
  • Zero flag
  • Dual-supply operation - 5V analogue, 3.3V digital and 5V tolerant digital inputs
  • Green product and no Sb/Br
