The M24C01-WBN6P is a 1kB serial I²C bus Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) organized as 128 (256) x 8-bit. The M24C01-W can be accessed with a supply voltage from 2.5 to 5.5V. This device operates with a clock frequency of 400kHz.
