Product Description

The HSP061-4M10Y is a four-channel ESD array with a rail-to-rail architecture designed specifically for the protection of high-speed differential lines.
The ultra-low variation of the capacitance ensures very low influence on signal-skew. The large bandwidth makes the device compatible with 3.4 Gbps.
The device is packaged in μQFN-10L 2.5x1 mm with a 500μm pitch, which minimizes the PCB area.

The HSP061-4M10Y is AEC-Q101 qualified and designed to protect high-speed communication in the automotive environment.
Its line capacitance (0.3 pF IO/IO) makes it suitable for any automotive communication port including APIX, LVDS, USB3.0, HDMI, and Ethernet.
Its integrated and flow through structure (4 lines in µQFN-10L) is suitable for high-density PCBs and simplifies design effort. The HSP061-4M10Y complies with ISO 10605 and ISO 7637-3 standards.

The HSP061-4M10Y is designed to protect against electrostatic discharge on sub-micron technology circuits driving automotive communication buses, HDMI 1.3 and 1.4, LVDS, APIX, Digital Video Interface and USB 3.
