The FOD817BSD is a 1-channel 4-pin surface-mount high operating temperature Phototransistor Optocoupler consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode driving a silicon phototransistor. It is suitable for digital logic input and microprocessor input.
  • Applicable to Pb-free IR reflow soldering
  • Minimum BVCEO of 70V guaranteed
  • 50mA Continuous forward current
