Product Overview

The 2N3904TF is a 40V NPN Bipolar (BJT) Single Transistor designed for general purpose amplifier and switch. The useful dynamic range extends to 100mA as a switch and to 100MHz as an amplifier. This product is general usage and suitable for many different applications.
  • 60V Collector to base voltage (VCBO)
  • 6V Emitter to base voltage (VEBO)
  • 83.3°C/W Thermal resistance, junction to case
  • 125°C/W Thermal resistance, junction to ambient
  • 50ns Fall time (TA = 25°C)
