The BT136-600 from NXP is a planar passivated four quadrant triac in a 3 pin SOT78 plastic package intended for use in general purpose bidirectional switching and phase control applications.
  • High blocking voltage capability
  • Less sensitive gate for improved noise immunity
  • Planar passivated for voltage ruggedness and reliability
  • Maximum gate trigger voltage of 1V
  • Maximum holding current is 15mA
  • RMS onstate current is 4A
  • Maximum junction temperature of 125°C
  • Peak gate power of 5W
  • Non repetitive peak on-state current of 25A
  • Repetitive peak off state voltage of 600V
